Why should employers care about how their employees get to work?

An employee’s commute can set the tone for the day, week, or the longevity of their employment. The ease of coming to work significantly impacts employee well-being, productivity, and retention, and ultimately affects the bottom line.

Learning From The Workforce

By understanding employee commutes, employers can implement strategies to reduce commute time, improve commute safety, and promote a positive work-life balance, which leads to increased employee satisfaction and well-being.

Move Minneapolis helps employers connect their workforce with sustainable commuting and active transportation options. Employers can enhance employee retention rates, reduce the costs associated with recruiting and onboarding, and help reduce company environmental impacts.
