Move Minneapolis – Transportation Management Organization (TMO) is a 501(c)4 non-profit organization founded in 1991. Move Minneapolis merged with the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) in 2019, and has programmatic partnerships with the City of Minneapolis, MnDOT and Metro Transit. Through this merger, the organizations will work to provide chamber members and the community with new transit and mobility options around Minneapolis.
Move Minneapolis promotes sustainable transportation – transit, carpooling, car-sharing, biking, walking and telecommuting – through an outreach and education program that targets downtown workers, residents and employers. Our programs encourage transportation options and promote fast, easy, clean and affordable commuting.
Give us a call to see what we can do for your company or building, or stop by to see us at the Minneapolis Regional Chamber at 81 South 9th Street, suite 200 (skyway level) for a free, personal transportation consultation, carpool registration, MnPASS, bike locker rental, company relocations, or to learn about our programs for downtown companies.
Move Minneapolis is made possible by a federal Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) grant in partnership with the United States Department of Transportation, the Metropolitan Council, the City of Minneapolis and the Downtown community.
